National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) 1 G-10/1 G 10/1

I came here nbp g10 branch today the timing after juma prayers are prjected 2 30 pm 4 30 but the employees are telling me the timing 3 pm to 4 30 ???? Is this official change of timings or local branch self changed?

Only one counter to deal with clients, because of that sometimes long wait for your turn can be hard when your case is time sensitive. Like chalan fee submissions

Today there was only 1 employee at the counter and was doing the job rest of the counter were empty,my work is done but i had to stand for almost 2 hours.

I had to submit passport fee, but I do not recommend this branch. Their were hundreds of people waiting in queue to submit passport fee, but only one staff member was dealing with them. When I reached the mid of queue after 2 hours, the cashier got fainted and fell down. That poor man was continuously working without leaving his seat for a minute. The staff in this branch is over burdened. Then I decided to go F-10 branch of national bank, there it only took 10 minutes to submit passport fee.

I visited the branch for fee payment. The service was very fast. Despite having one officer on the cash counter, there was barely any queue. The manager was very kind and keen and trying to help everyone out there. Honestly, didn't expect such a good service. There is always a place for improvement.
