Slow service Lack of staff.

After eid holidays, i went there and said the account officer that i had to open the account and these are all my documents. He did not check all of this because i was not the vip kind of person so i wait for 1hour. Afterward when i said him, kindly open my account as i am waiting for hour, but he refused because my father nic copy was not clear then i again go for the long procedure and give him another nic copy. He again refuse to look on it and said to wait more. After 5 mins, he look on it and said again print is not clear. On that day, i spend my 3hours for just opening the account but all in vein. What if he manage to look on 2-papers which took of him 1min so my 3hours would not be ruined 2nd day, he saw my documents in 2mins and ask me to visit again. On 3rd day, after signing on the legal matters, wait for week till i got the letter from the bank, he said. After 1 week, i visited again and ask for the letter he said letter has not been recieved from the given address so we will send again. But did not get any message, phone call or letter afterward. I share my experiece with the manager of the bank, he said "we are sorry for all of this". sorry from them is just like, to give the worst pathetic service and at the end just give the lame excuses, what kind of managerial duty they are performing???
