The bank staff most of the time try to create petty issues for account holders of other HBL branches.
Pathetic service, only one counter out of five is providing service, that too on snail pace, waiting area is over crowded
lazy staff . non professional attitude of almost everyone
A humiliating experience visiting this branch.. poor and pathetic management compared to other branches of HBl. Only 1 counter was active out of 6 .. These people have no respect for their customers. If you want to waste hours and hours please do visit HBL G10 markaz branch.. ???
