Absolutely pathetic experience in the branch. No system of queuing for turn, and the operations manager and cashier refuse to cash a cheque, insisting away that a single user account is a joint account. Unwilling to accommodate or facilitate. First time I have had such an abysmal experience in an NBP in over 25 years of being their customer!
PATHETIC REDICULAS and USELESS. After checking the Operating Hours of NBP F-8 Islamabad (9am to 5:30) pm, I traveled with my ill mother 25 Kilometers for her Benovelant Fund Up Date procedure, We reached at 4:34pm to find out that the Hours of Operation have been reduced ONE HOUR. No Star.
Horrible place, uncooperative staff. They can't even be bothered to update their phone number or the wrong timings they have mentioned here.
Avg sarkari environment. Bit better then else NBPs big n spacious interior. Old age staff is there. PPSC not submitted
