Highly professional and efficient service! The tellers and other employees and highly respectful, very helpful, and much much better than those in MCB F-11 branch. These employees actually seem like they want to solve their customers' issues, and go above and beyond to do so. The branch itself is clean, well-managed, and located in a relatively safe area. There are guards stationed outside the premises, and visitors must wear masks to gain access to the branch during corona times.
Very bad experience. Untrained staff and very slow.. took whole day to cash the check :(
