I am very impressed with their customer service. They always go out of their way to help me with whatever I need, be it online banking, phone banking or in-person banking. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the fees are reasonable compared to other banks. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experience at RAK BANK!

Worst bank ever. 1. Customer care takes hours to respond. It isn't open on the weekends or past 6 o clock so when does one speak to them? 2. Customer care says one thing and then branch officials say another thing. 3. No branches is major malls like Dubai Mall or MOE and even the One in Ibn Batuta Mall is open only till 6. Do we have to take an off from work to go to the bank? Never ever bank with them please.
