Umm Hurair Branch, Token numbers are not calling in-order. Random token numbers only called out. Even I have 0 waiting customers, awaiting from 1 hour to get into counter. At this digital era waiting such longtime very disappointing.
Cheque withdrawal EID given cheque was under my name same and exact 3 signature of directors were there stilll it makes pending amd wasted a lot of time .. After verification so it better to get cAsh cheque rather then under you own name ... How foolish
I never had such bad service in my all years working with several banks world wide, only with rakbank, worst coustmer service, never replied on mails and phones, i dont recommend any one to open bank account in rakbank, (BARHAT MURU) was our Bussines supporter which he never ever support and answer calls and give any reply, closing all accounts and never open there again. Mistakes never happen twice
Very extremely worst experience from the Burjman Branch. Will experience a horrible wastage of your time, and the service turn around time is extremely worst…!!!!!!
