I am a usual customer and always only counter 4 is active. Rest of the counters are just for display purposes. Exceptionally pathetic service. Customer service is beyond slow. One should atleast keep in mind waiting time of an hour before their turn. Avoid this branch.
Nice service
I came here to take cash from cheque . There is the process to verify Through biometric and other dorms before you can take out cash. They have only one employee to verify which takes around 30 mins to verify a single customer . There service is pathetic .
They are just good only with clients who deposits more and not answer to low level clients
