Pretty good interior decor but the problem with Habib metro which frustrates me to no end is their IT capability. Thus the ATM machine is sporadic in its performance and the entire branch's network can be down so that customers' cheques or cash deposits can't be posted or cash withdrawals made from the ATM. Even something as something as simple as a transaction which has been cancelled shows up as a debit on customer's account and the reversal advice is sent after 24 hours as I learnt to my chagrin again today for the nth time. The bank's app is pretty good but was terribly glitchy some months back. At least some improvement was made here. But all in all a disappointment as the staff are really friendly and courteous despite my being snarky at times. Hope they step up to compete on the digital front with the bigger banks.
Very unprofessional staff. The RM lady said they don't have any branch operation manager. Poor experience.
