Highly pathetic customer service. Branch is full of clients and just one person sitting behind the counter, even branch manager have no idea where the rest of the staff is. Highly disappointed. Not my first bad experience at this branch, had one couple of months back but i ignored it thinking maybe its just one day but this branch always disappoints. I mean like for f sake 30min and just one number changed on the counter.
The person appointed for Account Opening does not have any manners at all. neither does he know how to do his work. The most pathetic person i have seen in my 7 years of banking experience. The 2 Stars just because of the bank manager who in 5 minutes solved my Problems. Meezan Bank should at least train their staff before sending them to any branch or at least make sure that the staff should behave properly with girls coming in to open an account, and not call them again and again to the bank just for fun.
Monday rushed most
3rd class branch.
Bank processes are not fast as they used to be. Branch staff not cooperating well with me.
