MCB Model Town is the worst managed bank in Pakistan. I am 75. Last month I came to draw $, they were out of $100.00 bill, and $50.00 notes are cheaper by Rs. 2.00, so you lose money. Today when I came to draw $, they were out of $ and nobody know when will the $ come. Some body should change its staff or I will close all my accounts here. May God bring disaster to its staff.
Such confusing procedure took many calls and visits just to activate a card. My mother wanted to activate her card and she is quite old and many senior citizens get confused with too many details. Please improve procedure so senior citizens can easily activate their bank cards.
Unprofessional staff. Worst customer service. Never open an account in this branch
Proper definition of a third class bank. Their main helpline is always off, their banking department provides zero help in case of ANY errors on their banking side.
