Very cooperative, supportive and friendly staff. Always eager to resolve customer's issues.
Usually the staff is friendly but people keep changing which is good in other ways. Keeping people outside in the name of Corona SOPs should be improved now.
If you are sending your money from overseas never use Meezan Bank. The staff is helpless because the system doesn’t support specific type of transactions after 4pm or the staff is too busy in completing other tasks instead of supporting customer.
Meezan bank any branch is generally very very good when it comes to customer services, employee behaviour, interaction, user experience but G-15 is one special one: and supersedes all other branches of any banks. The staff is very well trained and will go out of the way to assist you. Full marks to customer services and quality. My rating is 9/10
Worst administration, Mostly Counters are closed.A number of people are waiting but no heels.
