A very pathetic branch with equally incompetent and dis courteous staff. Manager Operations is the worst of them all. Even during working hours, their ATM was empty and when I asked Manager Operations. He said it's our break. On a previous occasion, I got an appointment for my family. When we came, the gentleman was out for his own job. Today I have been calling their helpline, and that also on a Sunday. It's not responding. Their Manager promised me a locker about three years back, saying that they have ordered new lockers. All the dams are nearing completion but Meezan bank DHA-1 hasn't got their lockers back. The team should be replaced, as a must.
Today I went there with my sister and mother for applying their accounts. Mr. Usama was a great lad as he helped and accommodated us alot. Also the branch is very relaxing and has other facilities.

Courteous staff, good advisory service, well managed branch
