Very good
Very slow service. When i visited they only had one teller and he does all the work of receipts payments and even filling cash in ATM. He told the customers to wait for half an hour till he fills cash and then will entertain customers. All other staff was wandering about and just chatting. Not a good sign for a private bank. If MEBL is to give this level of service they may one day be taken over by some other good islamic bank providing reasonably good services. So it would be better to remove the other (office staff sitting on tables) or enrich their jobs to also work as part time teller. It would be more good.
Bad service
Good services and good customer relations all the staff are very nice
