'The reason I'm giving one star because two days ago I was there to withdraw money, somehow ? machine capture my debit card. I waited for 10 minutes nothing happen and then I decide to inform staff in side a bank which I did. One of staff lady she said to me you can come back after 3pm with copy of your ID card. I was there 3:30pm same day with two pieces copy of my ID. She said your name is not on your card thats why we are not allowed give this card back. I said I'm not from here, I from Canada and I'm trying to use my debit card nothing wrong with this but some bad people doesn't help people even i offers them if you guys doesn't believe me then I can bring my bank statement. Which is show you my name with my debit card number as well still they said no. I didn't understand what they want from me. Maybe they want some money under the table well I can't say anything to those people just pray for them may Allah give them hadayat to help people.
Very unprofessional staff. Staff will make you run person to person instead of answering your simple question. Cashier lady is rude and worst than all. Sad to see behavior of bank staff in Pakistan.
