I was late and bank was v Closed but there behavior was great they submitted my fee i am very glad by using there services
Overall service was good. Due to covid there was proper management to handle the social distancing situation. There was one queue outside the branch and inside it, sitting was available with a proper 2m distance. The bad thing was, lack of parking space. There was not enough parking space, which is clearly not a good approach for these kind of main branches of reputable banks.
No proper person for giving information and guideline.
Very bad customer service I wish if I can give them zero star
