Not a good experience at North Nazimabad branch. Staff don't know what to do how to do. They dont have the process in written what the lady branch manager telling me :) On my resistance junior operations lady called higherups and agreed to issue my card else they were telling the story that my card would be sent to Head office of my bank and then you have to collect it from there. Why to make rollingstone? Its simple verify the details and issue my card to be. Pathetic.
Highly Unprofessional staff, not helpful nor in a mood to do their job.
