Pooor service. It seems that either all the HBL employees are trained to don't care about the customer or its just their culture.
Have had multiple terrible experiences at this branch in particular that have led to this review. the "network" always seems to be down, the staff does not really care about the customers, and their processes take longer than most other branch operations. Rather than following up themselves on a delay at their part, multiple calls have to be made at the other end often with no response the first few tries.
Very slow service.
This branch lacks something that is called professionalism.
