Worst experience staaf behavior is not good everyone is doing delay and just passing time on counter
Worst branch of MCB, worst staff with zero customer service.
MCB is one of the bank who are least bother about customers and customer services. They are reluctant to allow online services and most of the ATMs are out of service but I found this ATM usually operational while all other nearby ATMs not operating.
When you call they never picked up, when you visit branch they won't treat you professional
Worst bank ever. Poor customer service. Incompetent staff.
