Worst bank and worst branch, they are failed to open an asan account in three months. They did not even receive any call, always give lame reasons and false promises to activate account in 2 days 3 days bla bla , on 3 sep branch manager called me asked to send nic on WhatsApp and endured account activation till Monday, but today is 13 sep, issue not resolved and he's not receiving my call or replying my messages. What kind of branch manager he is , he is always not found in Branch, worst staff
I had a bad experience with this branch. The flow of information is horrible. The assistant manager and the branch manager are not customer oriented. Absolutely the worse branch.
Very poor services , bad experience with staff it's working system is so lazy , no any cooperation , even the helpline number is not working .. disappointed!
Pathetic service, lazy staff. Can't able to hand total 3 customers in whole branch by whole staff
