Their service is slow. They immediately refused to open an account and recommend to get an appointment later. Even though I had fully documents and they can speak English and working hours still remain. I don’t want anybody else waste of time to come this branch. Not recommend.

Very slow service. I just had to get my company's bank statement. Waited for 40 minutes
The service is terrible. We had to wait for a very long time, even though we arrived early in the morning. There were only a few customers, and only two staff members were providing service. The others just sat around doing nothing. The management is terrible.
