Customer service rep was very polite. Unable to assist with my request. It seems that you cannot use an online account on the computer unless you have a business. I will be dependent on a physical branch location and the app on my phone for all banking needs. The bank is unable to let you use the online platform without a business account. The wait was very short.
Since my account was transferred from Phetchburi 17 branch to this location, I need to walk here. The staff are very attentive and always helpful. I appreciate their professionalism and polite manner.
I don’t even want to give one star. I always use the KBank central world branch . The staffs are so nice and polite. But this time , I went to the KBank branch near Baiyoke suite hotel and the hotel at the counter 7 is not unfriendly. She talked us unpolite. If you’re working in service industry, you should have service mind. I cannot imagine her bad service.
