Very helpful friendly staff
There are clients, of course, but how can you secretly take pictures? I really need to submit this to the head office. Especially those with roles 9-10, I don't like the queue system. I don't know if you're more concerned about taking pictures, but I think if you're so worried about that, there are many other people who genuinely want to work. Try screening those instead.
The staff is incredibly slow. There are two cash lanes, but they're processing checks and haven't asked me to deposit cash yet.
This branch is great! The staff are friendly and always smiling, and they help each other out. Today, one female employee greeted me exceptionally well; she was very polite, smiling, and always thanked me. The place is clean, organized, and not crowded. There's no long wait; you just take a queue number and sit down to wait to be called. It's located right next to the Ratchayothin BTS station exit.
