I transfer money to international at that branch mostly every month and I ask for the PACS008 document, the staff know I ask for the document even if i don't tell them, but I always request for that. They send the document after the transition success within 1 or 2 days at most. In November I made transition on 24th, I told them to send the document after finishing. They didn't send to me, so I requested at 27th calling customer service. They told me to come to the branch and show the receipts to them. I went to there and they copied the receipts and told me to wait for 28th. They will contact to HQ and send me the documents. But they didn't send to me till today Dec 1st. I call the branch and call center to follow up 3 to 4 times each but none of them pick up.

I’m from the USA and I came here to send money to a condo owner in China to start a year long contract. In and out within 5 minutes even though there was a queue. Very easy process and no problems, I was scared reading many bad reviews online, but all was good here.

rudest staff I ever met in my entire life. I am a foreigner and this lady mocked me that I couldn’t speak Thai fluently and even asked some of the rudest questions. Dear K Bank, it’s time for you to take an action because your staffs especially this lady seriously need an education.

I went there twice and I had always got a good service. I do not speak Thai and each time the staff did their best. Completely satisfied.

Can’t they hire other people to work? because the staffs here are very rude considering their age, they should be mature to understand mutual respect.
