Small branch of Kasikorn bank located on the first floor of Sathorn Nakorn tower. Due to its small size despite major business location, it is always overcrowded. Unbelievably slow service. Incompetent service staff, especially for mutual funds transactions. Overall the worst branch of Kasikorn bank I ever experienced, hands down.
The worst Kasikorn bank in Bangkok. Went there twice to change coin and small notes. First time, I wanted to change 1000 baht to 5 or 10 coins, the teller told me there is no coins I need “at all”, I was shocked and asked, there is no coins at all? The teller reluctantly gave me 500 baht worthy coins. Second time I went today, I was hoping to change 50 pieces of 100 baht, I got the same answer, there was no 100 baht notes “at all” again. So I asked the teller in Thai “when the note will be available?” Twice, she didn’t look at me and answer me. I couldn’t help but wondered, am I in the bank or just a place looks like a bank but unable to fulfill the basic function of bank?
