Arrived at almost 1.30-ish, only 1 officer is here. Very slow service.

If there was an option to give negative ratings, I would give them that. I got a queue number at 1:37 PM and had to wait until 3:05 PM to see a staff member. It seemed like there was only one teller, and the other person sitting next to her was handling account openings and was very patient. There was an elderly woman doing several transactions that day, and they spent 30 minutes just serving her. She was very demanding and talked non-stop, but the staff member remained calm and didn't interrupt her. Can you imagine the long line of people waiting, just staring blankly? 😂
