Don't go there if you are a foreigner. This is my second and last time there. The employees are extreeeeeeeemely slow. I gave up and left after waiting 1hour. There is only one "English booth" and they take forever for just one person. They should include a "Google translate service" so we can communicate easily by phone at any booth. Especially for requests that take less than 5min to complete.

I went to open an account today, and the man who helped me acted like he didn't want to work. He didn't explain any details, and when I asked questions, he spoke softly as if he didn't want to talk to me. This branch is terrible. The manager should oversee this because customer service is Kasikorn Bank's number one priority. If the manager or staff member doesn't want to work, they should quit.
