Poor service I ask about change transaction limit ask a foreigner in KPlus App. They just said cannot without any read English word warning in my device.

This branch should close. Although I had fully documents. Like everyone said. They refused to open an account for foreigner and guided me to get other branch in particular place far away which was wrong information. I don’t want anybody else waste of time to come this branch. Staff is not friendly. Not recommend.

Even with a complete set of documents and valid certificates to open a bank account they still refused to do so. Would avoid this branch completely

Customer service is not good and their reasons are unacceptable for opening new foreigner account. Even their online customer service said that don’t go there and search other branches!!
