The new rules are absolute nonsense. This used to be a great spot where you could work until 5 PM. Now, they’ve introduced ridiculous restrictions: signs everywhere saying 'no working.' You can’t even drink your coffee where you like—only at one specific table with a 2-hour limit. The hall is empty, yet you’re not allowed to sit. How are such managers allowed to work in a bank? Isn't a bank supposed to be about customer service? Apparently not this one. Management seems oblivious to the laws regarding public spaces (which a cafe is). What’s next? Searching pockets at the entrance to make sure no one sneaks in a laptop to send a message? Terribly disappointed with this approach.

After being a client for 6 years I am closing my account with Ing. They refused me to give loan just because I don’t speak polish fluently 😂🤣the lady was waiting for a reason to reject my application. She was so rude.at one point I said I can understand everything by translating she said it doesn’t work. I said I have all the documents so what’s the solution and she said learn polish and come🤣😂you weird lady seriously? Just say it directly you don’t give loan to foreigners except Malik Montana🤪 . I got loan from Santander bank on the same day though I had almost no transactions in Santander compare to Ing. And in the whole process they talked with me in English with full professionalism. So I prefer everyone go for Santander and stop using this Ing bank

I had to print my salary income with physical stamped signature, the lady on the reception was very helpful. In the other hand, the reception lady from business accounts, was quite rude, no welcoming no professionalism, which isn’t something big to ask, and told me its not here, even tho i said her colleague sent me to her, she just i dont know -.- Anyway, 4 stars for the lady that was helpful.

best bank i've used in terms of layout and comfort

It so happened that I had to choose this bank, but they just ditched their customer for a whole week alone with their problem. I just can't use my account and they don't know what to do and I'm losing money. I recommend evaluating all aspects before choosing this bank.
