You would think that if you are a customer of a bank as popular as ING, you'd be able to walk into a branch where AT LEAST ONE EMPLOYEE SPEAKS ENGLISH. But nope, not only do they not speak to you even in extremely basic English, they also tell you in Polish that nobody at the branch speaks English. Only after you use google translate to get any kind of answer for your inquiry do you get some broken English and some help. Oh and by the way, the "help" is basically doing stuff that you did not ask for. I am beyond surprised how people have the jobs they do sometimes, especially when it comes to something like a popular bank's branch, where you'd expect there would be people you can trust and talk to.

This is by far the best office I’ve been to in my 8 years living in Poland. I came in today with a complex case and received outstanding service along with clear, helpful information. Elżbieta, Katarzyna, and Bogusława were incredibly patient with my not-so-perfect Polish and guided me through everything with kindness and professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend this specific office—it’s absolutely worth the visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The service was wonderful. I was treated with patience, respect and they made the process easy for me. I have always liked the people from ING in general no matter the branch as they are ALWAYS friendly and ready to help, and this branch was no exception. They lived up to that great service a person would expect !
