Today I came to the bank, I am a foreigner. The did’t open a bank account w/o residency permit.

In this bank everything is so absolutely super they are very kind if someone can't speak in polish they will call translator or who can speak English and and today for example Ms and Mr Monica , Piotr they helped me a lot

Very bad experience Wednesday 10.01.24. The person did not speak English, which is OK, but we managed to understand what I needed. I needed an official bank statement, which is a printout of my accounts, but with the bank stamp, it is a paid service. I paid for it, and he said it will be delivered within 7 days to my address. The day before, in another branch, I got the same document on the spot. I questioned this, and the reply was that it was their policy. I don't think that the policy changed overnight but rather he just didn't want to deal with a non polish speaking person. I have always had good experiences in other branches and I am very disappointed with this experience.
