I am utterly appalled by the abysmal level of service provided by Bank Polski. Recently, a friend attempted to transfer money to my account using BLIK, a supposedly foolproof process. However, due to a glaring error, the funds mysteriously ended up in the wrong account. Despite my persistent efforts to resolve this egregious blunder, the bank has callously refused to disclose the full recipient number, leaving me in the dark. Transparency is not a luxury; it is an absolute necessity in the banking industry. Yet, Bank Polski has demonstrated a shocking lack of accountability and customer care. This unacceptable behavior reeks of incompetence and negligence. I demand that the bank immediately prioritize transparency and rectify this appalling situation without further delay. Your disregard for basic customer rights is disgraceful and will not be tolerated.

Some individuals/ workers are nice. However the service and the amount you have to in order to finish your business here is unbearable. There are about +10 customers in the line and only one worker who serve them…

Went to this office to open an account, English needed, and they helped me in a very professional way, one of the employees was speaking very well English. I'm happy with IKO app and the services provided. I recommend!

Visited the Bank PKO at this location yesterday June 6th. I can’t understand how Bank PKO hire such lazy and unpleasant employees who are generally incapable of professionally performing their duties. I am addressing my comment to a man who worked during 5-6 pm. His behavior towards foreign bank customers is rude and disrespectful. He criticized me in his Polish language with his colleagues sitting next to him. Over-cynicism!

Mr. Pawel Krupa is amazing. Service without compromise, helpful, English speaking, above and beyond. One of the best banker ever.
