I went to open a bank account, my family have already spoken to me quite well about the software that ING Bank uses, when I arrived 2 people asked me what country I was from, and when I told them that I was from Latin America they started saying Ecuador no, no no along with laughter and then when they saw that I wasn't leaving they started shouting all the papers that I should show to open the account, I decided to leave the place, it should be noted that I have all my papers in order, that is, pesel, employment contract, permits, everything, I hope they solve these problems, it seems to me that racism should not be tolerated by anyone.
Very good experience, as always with Bemowo branch team. Very courteous and responsible. Listens to foreigner customers like me, who does not have much command over Polish language, and also address their requests and queries with utmost patience and respect.
