Worst experience I've met before. Today I had a simple task - withdraw cash from my bank account in Euro. Simple task, small sum - under 1K. Bank officer didn't have needed quantity of euros. Okay, but it was early morning - 10:00-10:20 am. And officer introduced me to wait for 5-10 minutes: "My colleague will bring more euros from the safe". How long did I wait for? Right, 45 minutes! It's abnormal! Whole operation takes 2-3 minutes, but I lost about 2 hours with queue at the start. Great service... Not recommend 👎🏼
