Awful service. Very rude workers. After the encounter with one of the bankers I am considering switching banks after 10 years. I do not recommend coming to this bank. Please look for another franchise.

Polish bank PKO BP in Warsaw Visited on 29/9/2019 I cannot give a fair review of this bank, because I am just a visitor to Warsaw. So happens when I walk pass the bank, I see the big sign that this bank is celebrating 100th anniversary. It is a great effort that any bank can survive that long, and hope it will last for many more hundreds of years. I read some of the reviews complimenting its security, and others complain about the slow service. I hope the management take positive actions to rectify and improve the performance.

If you are a foreigner, even for EU citizens, they will not give you a loan or credit card. Only for polish citizens. Even if you have more than enough income and have an account with them for a long time. I will close my account and file a complaint for discrimination. Edit in response to their comment: They definitely do not treat all customers the same. I have a written statement from their customer service that they can not offer loans / credit cards to non polish citizens. So their statement in this comment is a lie.

Thanks to Patrycja (asystent klienta) veryyy much. I've never seen such professional assistant. She worked really hard to solve my problems and she did it great! She knew excellent English language and how to work exceptionally. Thanks to her again 💜
