First, the coordinator Natalia consulted me on all my issues - with high competense she clearly answered all the questions and helped with filling out the questionnairy for opening an account. Then the consultant Oskar successfully completed all the services - everything was done very quickly and efficiently, he spoke good English that was also helpful.
