If it were possible to give the branch less than one star, that's my rating; this branch has taken three months to open a small business account, and it still isn't open. Extremely pathetic and incompetent branch. I strongly advise not taking any business to this branch, other than banking needs that cannot be avoided. They have needlessly delayed a process that would, at max, take 3 to 4 weeks. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Stay away!
It is extremely pathetic experience. They got a local client speaking English and the whole branch is trying to serve him since last one and half hour. The Branch Manager is trying to explain things for him in broken English and three other staff members are just nodding their heads while standing around. It is amazing experience, I never had any such thing before. I suggest #HBL should invest a little more in it's banking beside huge investments on #PSL. HBL F-10 Markaz Branch

Bad experience, worst branch, No ticket counter system, only one cash counter, bad staff
One of the worst branches. No ticket sounter system. You have to stand in a line and wait for hours. Always there is only one countwr that is operational. Staff is rude and once we complain they bluntly say that call help line.
