Clutter all around... Manager busy in chit chat and staff in 'slow mo' mode.. Aerage transaction processing time of over 15 minutes (observed multiple cash/cheque transaction during my over 25 minutes stay at branch) A task which other bank generally complete in 1-2 minutes, took over 25 minutes here...
Pathetic service Bank timings are 5 pm but they only allow entry till 4 pm If you are here for any fee bill submissions you should go there before 4 pm
Relocated F-8 Markaz branch
I went to bank today Saturday, 20 October,2018 at09:30 hours. Web site indicated bank is open till 1:30 pm, but it was closed. I called the cell number given at the site, it was also powered off. Pathetically operated bank site
