I never recommend any one of you to use this bank, not only this branch almost their every branch have lack of moral values, professional behaviour and customer services. So be aware of that if you are going to open an account never ever try this. Thanks Actually I don't understand who employed such an unethical staff. Here is my experiences through I'm writing above. First of all they don't open bank account after 1pm as employee has step their own timing. One day before opening my account I confirmed from concern person who checked my all documents and don't process for it and asked to come before 1 pm next day. Next day she refused to open due as my opening letter don't have properly visible stamp while a day before I have confirmed everything with same person. Somehow came back and get a new letter from my HR, then she entered my detail and don't process for my account. She asked me to come on Monday with a lame excuse that your account form print will be arrived on Monday while she get print of my account forms in front of me through her own printer. I don't know what kind of trainings were given to whole staff by HBL
Too much rush. Slow operators. On the name Guidelines they are wasting time like water.
Worst customer services like all other branches, shifted our account here without intimation changing address is a big hassle for a common man. I don't know why people open account in such pathetic banks. SBP is here just for IMF, it has no idea about the working of banking sector.
Building is well constructed inside the bank is clean. Mostly getting crowded in starting dates and at the end of the months. Parking is available but it’s not shaded. Security staff is cooperative as well. As almost all the staff has the attitude of like a government employee. One can feel it that we are interacting with a government officer. Services not good but ok, usually the link is down. ATM works well the Best part is cash available any time & A/C inside the cabin of the machine is found running but does cool the environment. Ticket machine is in working condition but it seems that staff doesn’t know to make people to use it. Need to improve Please………
