Very pathetic service by an operations Manager. My atm card is expired and 10 days ago one of them gave me solution. I followed the instructions and completed the process. Now today I called them for the update and they are denying by saying that we don't have the procedure. I have asked them for any other option and he is saying me to come to bank which is located model town link road lahore from faislabad. Great ?
Long wait due to Mini staff work load excessive.
Bank start deduct charges from salary current account, while all other bank dose not deduct any charges from this typ of account. this bank is fraud to customer, Pathetic Customer dealing. and lack of experience staff.
Good atm service but very small space atm thats why 4 stars
