Pathetic service. Lethargic staff. Currency counting machine not working. "Kharab Hy, bannay Gai Hy". I asked the cashier to count, simply denied. Copying CNIC took a decade.

This bank branch has almost every services person available with training department and foreign transaction related services. But some banker are careless about the client requirements and pay not attention as all. Happy to announce that after comprehensive discussions with branch manager on all inclusive accessibility, a ramp has been installed at front entrance ... good job
They don't even pick the call. They do not care about customer service. Except a few one all the persons try to earn the haram rozzi i.e. they do not want to work but want the salary on time
