Is there any worst rating than 1 star? EmiratesNBD and its CEO Shayne Nelson should be ashamed to call themselves a leader in banking services! This branch near Burj Al Arab, is another example of bad customer service, long waiting times, careless staff! The office boy was more customer centric and attentive than the branch manager! Our, so called relationships manager, on both personal and company accounts does not lift a finger to call or to check on its customers, not sure what relationship they are managing! We are in an era where you don’t need to go to your bank to get the service, paperless initiative etc… but ENBD is proving to me everyday that it’s one of the worst banks I have dealt with! Time to move our business to a bank that appreciated it!
We are private banking clients and were just shown away, after we literally saw five Private bankers entered the office, that they can’t help us and that they do not have any access to our account details. They told us to call the contact center.
My father opened an account recently and he had returned checks i went to get the check back for him they refused to hand it over they said the owener should come and collect I told them I was sent by him to collect he cant come due to health reasons they still refused like I don't understand their mind set this branch should reconsider or they will keep losing more customers I don't understand why the main branch dose not take any action about it I am considering going to main branch to make a complaint this is unacceptable at all. if this keeps going my father income will stop due to refusal to return his checks how is he going to know from witch investment the checks returned he wont don't be able to ask for another checks unless he gets the returned back and pin point the checks to a specific investment if this keeps up they lose us as customers in this bank
This branch needs a machine that i could deposit my chequ's i just opened an account and i realised that there is no machine to deposit my cheques this bank is one of the oldest bank and they dont have a machine to deposit a cheque i feel i made a mistake opening an account they ask you to go to malls for chequs deposit i dont understand why but you should really get a cheque machine in this branch so it would be easy to do it my self we are in 2022 going 2023 i dont need a teller to do it for me
