Customer Service is so bad , for them to reply you on your mail it needs ages , it had been more than 4 Months my account is not active waiting for them to call back or even to reply an email , Especially Algarhoud branch they should consider looking into this branch. So unprofessional Service

One of the worst customer services, slow and incompetent staff. After waiting for over 2 hours to get a liability letter I was told that the system is down so they can't issue it. A letter that I have waited for over 12 working days to get it. It was issued the 13th but no communication from the bank over email or SMS. Very bad communication between departments makes the process of some service requests impossible. If I could give 0 rank I would have done it.

if i could put below 1 star i would do it. i had the technical issue the ATM sucked my money, staff was very incompetent, tried to call spend like 20 minutes on the phone and still coudnt reach anyone!!!! Their whatsapp doesnt have an option to talk to an agent, so why should i spend my time and my money to deal with a situation which is not even my problem Emirates Islamic??????

Very bad service. They did not redeem my NOL balance from the NOL credit card inspite of several follow ups. On the other hand, the bank would not leave you even if you are paying credit card dues, a fils lesser.

Ignore the bad reviews. Staff here are super friendly & in general staff has always been helpful. Like any bank, if you choose to go during peak time, there will be a waiting que.
