The mist competent person is Samar Ahmed at the reception desk, always friendly and helpful. The app needs to be updated as you can do only a few things. The bank is good overall.

Such an amazing bank and branch. Very helpful stuff , my case was complicated and i thought both banks are linked to each other between Dubai and Cairo , but the stuff helped me alot finalizing my case and in couple of days all what i need to be done is done as if im physically in Cairo. Special Thanks to khaled Esam Mohamed from client service team , he is a true model for customer service that having great knowledge of the full process and he was very supportive finalizing my case.
