I went to this branch to open a current account and first day they told the system was not working and ask me to come next day. Also, ask me to update my Emirates ID through ATM. For this entire time I had to wait for two counters more than one hour. Today I went around 7.00 pm ( business hours until 10.00 pm) and after waiting one hour they are telling that I had to come before 4 pm which the system is working in between. On top of that they are telling my E ID is not updated in the system ask to go for another counter with new number. I got a mail even confirming that it was successful in previous day. So they wasted entire two days of my and still there is no solution. Worsts experience Ever I had with ENBD.

I have experienced a very bad delivery service from Emirates NBD. To deliver my renewed ATM card they took almost a month. They had scheduled the delivery by confirming with me on 31-10-22 and I have received my card on 24th Nov. Emirates NBD didn't provide the courier company details and tracking AWB either. It is their responsibility and we customers have to fight to get the details. Really unprofessional. It is their responsibility to deliver it and we have to fight with Emirates NBD as well as the courier company to receive the courier (ATM card).

The best ENBD branch so far, I got here around evening on a weekday so I guess that's why queue was not that much. Kudos to Mam Beena for assisting me with my card application, it was smooth and fast, she's always smiling and happy to assist me. Hope everyone in this branch improves more.

Long queue, only 1 CDM working. Such a pain to stand here for 20 mins and still there are 10 people infront of me. Whereas the tellers cannot entertain us as the norm here is to use CDM for deposits/withdrawals, then why not install more machines????

The worst customer service ever,even before entering this specific branch in DCC you will feel unwelcomed, security at entrance makes annoyed faces on having conversations with you,not regulated systems for entering inside,long queue's even when u have space for sitting inside,First visit I explained the staff that I was having issues on applying for Liv card no liability letter he said for that I should come at 9-4 in the morning hour after standing for 10 mins and sitting for 1 and half hours so I went the next day the other staff told me that Liv and Emirates NBD isn't linked well infact the name Emirates nbd is scripted in the back of ur liv card,there is branches open like this so that you could help people solve their problems and issues they're are facing with,some other staffs gave me customer service number when you calls it's an automated bot call,why even have people in office when they can't fix one issues of the customer.Never ever suggesting anyone to open ur bank acc.
