I applied my credit card 2weeks ago, and everything goes smoothly but the thing is i didnt receive any email calls or even a message when they will deliver my card to me, so what i do is to call there customer service hotline but it end up nothing in this hotline there is an option there that for existing customer and none existing customer so since i didnt receive my card yet i choose none existing customer bcoz in the existing customer you need to put your card number which is i dont have since i didnt receive my credit card, so i choose this none existing customer then on that there is an option to click on the number the thing is i need to talk to customer service and i should have to click the 0 but when i click it the automated robot told me sorry the number you dialed is wrong so i call another number of EI and it leads me to GENERAL INQUIRIES but the the people there cannot even help me and transferred my call to another customer service! Such a waste of time but no body still can help me, then i called again this GENERAL INQUIRIES AND one guy who answer my call and check my status on his system helps me a lot only one person who helped me a lot and he check my phone number name so that he will know when they will deliver my credit card! For those people that i talk too who cannot help a begging customer like me how you become a customer service if you will so im so sorry this is not the right line that you can talk too, which is i explained already why i cannot talk to this customer service in the number of 600 599995 and please EI KINDLY CHECK YOU CUSTOMER HOTLINE NUMBER ITS NOT WORKING PROPERLY FOR THE OPTION "0" FOR NONE EXISTING CUSTOMER! IM SUPER MAD AND UPSET!

Very slow service Once I entered the place it was empty, I got happy... been sitting for 25 minutes before I get served.. got very bad.

Staff are unaware about their IPO product offered through their bank and service was not up to the mark. The phone in the bank also doesn't work when used to call the customer service.

Yes extremely slow and even no staff to attend customer service ? Another staff saw people queuing and left her disk and gone ??‍♂️

Extremely slow. Spent 40 mins waiting because only one counter was working. Seriously considering moving to another bank.
