Worst customer service I ever had from a bank. They are not providing any good service to the customers. Always the time wasted when we interact with them. I wish they will change
This is the UAE Worst bank ever I seen in dubai..Costumers service is very teller also poor service no token system,taking so long,unprofessional team and there is no one for complaint ...no managr available most of the time..I really hate
I have a very Bad Service from your SZR branch on yesterday. As per the Central Bank law for updating Emirates ID & PASSPORT and I did on 2 weeks ago at same branch. But yesterday one of the staff called me and they want one more documents need to sign, because they forget to completed the process on last week. and that staff told me if I didn't go today for signature again they will canceled the Updation. Actually this Not my mistake... I am totally busy schedule on this week and they didn't understand... Once again I remainder to UAB your Customer service Very Poor... Please fix that.
Nice staff, not too busy. The location of the bank is directly facing Sheikh Syed Road, so don't turn down the side-street 13A as the GPS may suggest.
