Best customer service ever. Responsive and helpful team.
Came to deposit a cheque late evening, turns out this bank is operating at a different age and time, every bank is going digital, they don't even have a cheque deposit service in the ATM at their local branch. I can understand staff being unfriendly sometimes as they are human after all but I really like to know if the bank is aware that a basic service of ATM cheque deposit is window 90s technology, they need a serious overhauling of their IT team.
Worst Banking experience EVER! Customer service team is most unprofessional people EVER ! They always try to solve it when things are out of their hand ! What a way of dealing with things #FAILURE. VERY weak and unprofessional follow up , knowing that they have limited branches and limited customer base compared to other local banks , but still they dont deliver quality service !! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!
So far so good, i have a dedicated account manager who's very supportive and gets most of things done over phone!
Do not speak directly, attitude Lady! Speak if there is a mistake in my paper or in the name. Guide them also into the good behaviors and to avoid displaying some profane ones. This is not a good thing. If a man comes from far away, don't waste his time. Please talk with love
