I am not a UAB customer. But happened to visit this branch for transaction. Teller service and gesture were great. Parking and location is good. No token system yet and you have to wait in queue for your turn which reminded me time before 10 years. Not well impressed to buy their products in future.
Pathetic customer service. There is no token system for Teller service. Teller self declared " NEXT" system wherein he will call the next customer when he says " NEXT" -there is no display or Information that this procedure to be followed. Teller turns away customers in an unprofessional manner because the customers is not aware of this system. Customers to be treated with Dignity.
This is the UAE' worst bank. The staff is very unprofessional. Tellers receptionist are very bad ? specially arabic lady and arabic man...very bad behavior with Customers.they just sitting for passing time.no one watch them no token system very poor customer service ...
Don’t wants say anything read all reviews it’s all true.
Horrible bank.. customer service is polite but useless and ineffective… managers and policies are greedy and ruthless… give them your salary and then you pay more to get it back…
