CIC 25 Place Bellecour Lyon

I had a very bad experience, the lady i had an appointment was very cold , i brought all the paper work asked by the person at the front desk, but apparently they were not right, she finished by telling me i should open an account somewhere else, closer to my business, i told her it was a waste of time my rdv and that they should have told me that in the beginning.

I wholeheartedly recommend my bank advisor, Ms. Helleisen! She is always attentive, responsive, and highly professional. It's truly reassuring to be able to rely on someone so competent, caring, and available. A huge thank you for her support and efficiency every day!

I'm really disappointed with CIC Bank. While looking for a mortgage, CIC sent me an offer. So, I went to the CIC branch in Bellecour, Lyon, where the advisor explained everything about insurance and how the financing would work. My wife and I opened a joint account and also our personal accounts, migrating all our direct debits and payments. (We're currently just waiting for the return on the zero-interest loan.) After waiting more than a month, CIC Bank called me to say that it would no longer be possible to take out a loan with them because my wife, a business owner for over five years, changed the status of her company a year and a half ago, and that it would take at least two years. (SARL) In short, I think it would be more professional to inform us of this from the very beginning and not to open three accounts for us, which we had to take half days of work for twice, and not to migrate all the direct debits and payments.
